A custom 404 page plays a key role in creating a polished user experience. It notifies visitors when the page they’re trying to reach isn't available—whether because the content was removed or there’s a typo in the URL. A thoughtfully designed 404 page can help redirect users to your main content, keeping them engaged and exploring your site.
To edit a custom 404 page in Ycode:
Open the Pages panel from the left sidebar.
Click 404 - Page not found.
Then go back to Canvas to adjust its design.

After publishing your site, you can test your 404 page by going to a URL that doesn’t exist, like website.com/non-existing-page. This allows you to view your custom 404 page instead of any default error pages, making sure it aligns with your brand and provides a consistent experience for visitors.
